Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 August 2026

These terms cover the things you can actually do on this site: send me a message, subscribe to the newsletter, create an account, and browse the store area. Using any of them means you accept them. The general conditions of use — ownership, acceptable use, liability — are on the Terms and Conditions page, and data handling is set out in the Privacy Policy.

1. An enquiry is not a contract

Sending the contact form starts a conversation and nothing more. It creates no contract, no booking and no obligation on either side, and I cannot promise a reply or a response time. Paid work begins only when scope, timeline and fees are agreed separately in writing. Please do not send credentials or confidential material through the form.

2. Newsletter

Subscribing adds your email address to a list I control. You confirm it from a verification email, every message carries an unsubscribe link, and the list is never shared.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep the password to yourself and tell me if you think it has been exposed. You are responsible for what happens under your account. I may suspend or remove an account used for abuse, fraud or anything unlawful.

4. The store area

The store is still being set up and currently lists sample items. Prices, stock and delivery details shown there are not binding, and no card payments are processed on this site. Full sales terms will be published here before any real order is accepted.

5. Availability

I maintain this site myself. It can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside my control, features can change, and I do not promise uptime.

6. Changes

I may update these terms. The version published here, with the effective date at the top, is the one that applies.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Giza.
